Dr. Konstantinos Periferakis

Dr. Konstantinos Periferakis, member of the Athens Medical Association since 1985, has graduated from the Medical School of the ”Universitatea de Medicina si Farmacie ”Victor Babes”’ in 1984. Since then, having followed the specialty of Biopathology, he specialized in Acupuncture, obtaining a relevant degree in 1991. This was followed in 2001 by a further training in acupuncture (with physical presence) at the Medical School of Peking University.

During the same period of time he specialized in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the International Postgraduate Acupuncture Science Center. In 2004 he was trained in the Abdominal Acupuncture System and in 2008 he obtained a diploma in Ozone Therapy. Additionally, since 2009 he is a graduate of Iridology and in the same year he completed his training in Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Acupuncture at the Oriental Medicine Training Center. The training cycle ended with his certification in Otic Acupuncture in 2013.

Regarding his work experience, Dr. Periferakis began practicing his specialty as a doctor of an infantry unit in the Greek Army in 1985 and continued as a specialized doctor of Biopathology. Dr. Konstantinos Periferakis is a member of the medical team of the Orasis Acupuncture Institute since October 2021.
