Welcome! Our Institute visualizes a world where diseases, anxiety, stress, pain, suffering, psychosomatic and mental disorders will be the exception rather than the rule. For us, at the “Medical Acupuncture Institute”, any doubt concerning the efficacy of Medical Acupuncture has been eradicated. Complementary Medical Approaches of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture support our vision and its implementation. The combination of these approaching types with the Western Medicine, where necessary, can offer the best possible approach to health issues that each patient faces.

The personal experience and health journey of the Institute’s founder Mr. Vassileios Spyrou are the proof for such an effort!

Our Mission

Our mission is the broad application of both Medical Acupuncture and Herbal Therapy, at all the range of diseases, disorders and symptoms, provided by the World Health Organization, for which there are confirmed results and documented benefits for human body.

Our task is to inform, raise awareness and acceptance of Acupuncture and Herbal Therapy so as the Public Health will be benefited, after the positive decision of the Hellenic Central Health Council. 

We apply the highest standards of professional practice of the Medical Acupuncture and we safeguard the best expression of this ancient and simultaneously modern medical practice.

We integrate the scientific approaches of Western Medicine in a useful and effective way so as to broaden the depth of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, always with the consent of the patient’s treating Doctor.
